Just remembered this. I have a screenshot of Edward Edgemenace. He's wearing bright blue circus breeches.
Before looting was implemented, long before bosses even, you were able to find clothing in the MOST RAREST cases of defeating an enemy. I once had gotten a bright blue tank from a gypsy, but sold it since I thought it wasn't of any value. Edward here got the pants the same way I got the shirt.

Even though that's not very fashionable , but it looked neat for a pirate lass. NPC's clothings are just a tease; we could never get them. I thought this thread was something that pirates 'could have got' then, but is no longer available now ...

That's because you probably didn't expect Disney to remove the ability to "loot" or buy them once again after the inventory update.
