8 Navy Guards in Thieves Den

Every time I enter Thieves den, It takes me over to where the guards are suppose to spawn, but theres nothing in the whole radius of that area

Are you sure you are in the right location? The light often leads you to the middle of a forest. You to enter the cave called Thieves Den. If you were in fact in Thieves Den, then go to the top right corner on the map.

Ah, Thank you. The little orb sunlight thing was leading me towards a whole different thing.
