There should be a command to reset or stop all current sounds in the game, something like /stopsound or /ss, or /resetsound or /rs.
You've probably been victim to one of the most annoying things in this game, which is a permanent attunement sound being played nonstop until you reset the game. It is so easy to be caught in this infinite loop of a sound, so in order to combat this, a reset sound command would be such a big help.
