I dont usually make people Officer asap unless Ik them personally, though in the end Ive never had an actual successful guild. Sure Ive Co-GM'd here and there but can not seem to spark one up. But one things for sure, don't make people Officer right away unlessssss...... you are taking on a RAD ALERT strategy in which case... EVERYONE IS AN OFFICER! (Never really got why Captain Rad liked doing that).

well i was trying to be fair and keep the ranks with levels but i got it fixed and now they will have to earn officer
