Quests Black Pearl Boss Battle Help

I need help with the Black Pearl boss battle on my main, Sarah Wildmalley (level 40). i'm currently by the peddler on Padres on the Kokojillo server. It'd be much appreciated if anyone of any level could help. I'm hoping for a crew of at least 6. I've attempted this quest 4 times so far.
