The rank of Officer is reserved for the most trusted and respected pirates. Respect the few that do have this title, They have it for good reason. This Rank is the hardest to earn because each Candidate is voted on by other officers and the GM.They may participate in Officer/GM meeting and can host events such as PVP, Invasion leader, Etc.

Officer Candidate*^
Officer Candidates Are Veterans Who are highly respected and trusted in the guild. In order to be a Candidate you must be sponsored by the GM or another officer. After Review, A vote between the officers and GM will decide if you are promoted. Requirements consist of sponsorship by and officer or the GM, Level 25+
Veteran*
For sailors who are trusted members of the Black Rose. These men and women are skilled pirates and have worked to get where they are. This Ranks is also given to Recruiters. Requirements for this rank consist of being Level 15+, Have a good Renown in the guild, and must be sponsored by another Veteran or Officer.
Some Few Trusted and/or close members of the guild are not required to be level 15 but must be approved by the GM/Co-GM
Recruiter ^^
Recruiters are responsible for finding new member for the guild. They must be atleast the rank of Veteran or Higher

Member/Recruit ^
These sailors are normally the newest members in the guild. While working to build up their Reputation with the guild they must be able to attend guild meetings and events
