Quests BP Gunner's Voodoo Rum Bug...

After this rollback recently I had to redo Gunner's voodoo rum quest. But this bug is that i only got one of the three quests from it. This is causing me to not being able to finish this quest. Any reasons to what
caused it? (Only intelligent answers please.)

EDIT: I found a way around this. TO whoever runs to this just relog to it.

It has happened to me on several quests and you are right the way to fix it is to relog and all the parts will show up.
