Question Can Legendary Fish be found?

I really don't like complaining since I love this game so much, but am I the only one having trouble finding legendary fish? Because I thought somebody said that they were in the game, but I really just want to know if they're not added or they're glitched or something.

I'm sure that I'm doing everything right, too. I'm on a fishing boat, with level 20 fishing skill, using the Legendary Lures, with my lure at the bottom of the ocean, with one of those little seaweed/reef things at the bottom. That's exactly how it was done in POTCO, and I got loads of Legendary Fish then. Like, a Legendary Fish would almost always come within the first 20 seconds. However, here I'm sitting with my lure at the bottom of the sea for about two minutes, and Legendary Fish still don't show up.

Is anyone else having trouble with this? Or am I just really, really, really unlucky?

I caught one, and never by having the lure lay on the bottom of the ocean. Keep the lure off the floor maybe?

Ok, y'all are right. They're in the game. Just found my own, literally just now. Never mind, all happy good here.
