I looked through some bug threads and could not find anything on this. Currently on Marineros server, I cannot dock my ship. If I tp away from the ship and re-board it, my ship will be right where I left it. It seems as if this problem is happening to other as well because there are multiple ships right outside of Kingshead just sitting there. I really do apologize is this is a known bug and people already know about it, I tried to do my research before posting this time and have not seen anything about it.
