Cant even get on the game...

I just downloaded the game and got my playtime from 12pm-2 PST and everytime i press play after logging in it just says like my computer info and then just crashes and it keeps doign this and nothing has happened, i have deleted and redownloaded and did nothing, im desperate.
 
Sometimes, I can't even get out of the game...
I get stuck playing for hours, even with myriad crashes!
However, for the topic at hand, I personally like to uninstall and reinstall the game after a reboot. Seems to work for me for some strange reason.
Also, clearing the game cache has worked a few times as well.
Follow the usual tweaks like vsync, fancy screen, etc.
 
If you crash after log on, you may have bad graphics settings, deleteing that file resets it. I personally delete the cache sometimes as well. And logs after some time
