Graphics Problem Can't wear belt with just shirts

So I've had this problem for awhile, but whenever I try wearing a belt without a vest, it just clips through my shirt. I can avoid the issue by wearing a vest but sometimes I'd like just a shirt without my belt phasing through my shirt.

I believe this is a known issue, it has been reported a few times.
