client not sized right.

for maybe about a month or 2 now my game has not been scaled right to fit my screen. I went through every resolution setting and none of them helped. the top portion of my screen is cut off and my mouse pointer is a little bit above where it actually is so you have to click above things to click on them.

UPDATE: I found that putting the game in full screen fixes the problem.
