Glitch Could not connect to character screen

I login, and right before I get to the character selection screen I see this. You guys aware of this?

I play on iMac (21.5 Inch - Mid 2010).
 
Yes it's normal to see this. Clicking "ok" repeatedly might help. Perhaps also running the launcher as admin.
