Is it normal for the tlopo.exe to be using 1500-1700 mb? That seems a bit too high, and whenever I crash the logs report memory being the issue.

For now, it is normal. TLOPO still needs to be optimized. A lot of that will happen during Beta.

So is this error 100% on your guys side? Or is there something we can do to lessen the odds of this common error popping up.

The only thing you could do is install more RAM on your computer. Otherwise it's just a matter of giving TLOPO time to optimize.
