The quest to upgrade voodoo doll, where Tia Dalma asks you to kill General Darkhart and his minions, the grenadiers.
Only problem is there's usually only 1 grenadier in El Sudoron, the closest locale to Darkhart, which makes them hardly his minions. Darkhart's a dagger and sword kinda guy, much like a raider. In fact General Darkhart IS a raider, and it would seem raiders should/would be his minions, as there are usually 2 to 4 raiders in his part of Padres.
So, it might seem logical to keep things in the family, as it were, and have the quest modified to make it seem more plausible, calling for raiders to be killed instead of grenadiers (which can be painstakingly found 2 or 3 caves/forests away), in the Catacombs, El Sudoron and Lava Gorge.
OR, plant some grenadiers where Darkhart lives, making it all come together.
