Quests District resets and Raven's Cove Quest

I noticed after looking through a few threads that when people try to collect their cursed sword after defeating El Patron and clicking on the chest, as they are choosing the server would go down. This is a trend I've noticed through multiple threads and having just completed the quest myself the same happened to me. As I was choosing the blade there was a district reset right as I clicked on the blade I wanted. I went back after logging in to get my sword with out trouble.

I believe there is a relationship between the frequent resets and people completing the Raven's Cove Quest.

There is a (as far as we know) fix already in place for this issue; it will be included with the next prod deployment.
