Those features ARE both currently in development/test on the TLOPO dev server (which has been running since around the beginning of this year as our test bed for in-work features). They haven't been released to the production (alpha) server yet because they still suffer from stability issues etc.

Best answer I can give to the OP is we can't specify a release date; we are driven by reliable functionality rather than arbitrary deadlines / schedules for public release.
