Question Does TLOPO still have files for Old Islands?

Hello. I heard tlopo had the files for the old islands before or someone did and was wondering if there is someway I could download the old island files. I also was wondering what the file _phase_4.mf.v1.150.bz2 was for the game?

Every file is different due to different versions of software used
 
To answer your question, yes they do have the files. They showed off old port royal in a stream last summer.

On a side note, I understand that the TLOPO team is extremely busy with the game, but it would be amazing if they could just clean up the old files enough to release a landwalker (like the one for potco that was released in 2014) for the old islands and caves.
