I haven't got a single loot pouch fishing, I'm fishing lvl 6 now is that uncommon?

Really is just a matter of luck. What is your notoriety level? Some items can't really be looted until 20 notoriety

Fishing loot is disabled for the time being because it was causing several bugs/crashes.
