This flashing water is insane. I'm not prone to seizures, and I get horrible headaches from being here. A few times the water was gone, and I thought they had removed it from the game to fix it, but then when I leave and come back it's there again. It's an important place because Tia Dalma is there, and the headache inducing flashing isn't good.
