Floating loot desperately needs to be fixed

Loot sometimes floats in the air when it gets dropped, appears under the ground, for both sometimes you can't loot either. If your voodoo doll gets bugged and unattunes target automatically sometimes you can't loot the loot. Needs to get fixed asap. Looting is one of the most fundamental elements of the game.
