What if there was a message board of sorts in game where Guilds could post 'Recruiting Advertisements' and make it easier for people to find the perfect guild. Before I met my guild it was actually kinda hard to find one to my liking. How this would work is... A Guildmaster/Co Guildmaster would have the ability to spend a certain amount of gold to put a message on the board and the message would contain certain details about that guild. Then if someone read the message and wanted to join they could fill out an application to join. etc.
