Has boarding ships been added?

Can you board enemy ships yet?
I forgot how to, so can anyone explain?

Yea i have boarded an enemy ship; the one's with the flag above them

I haven't found a flagship at all since playing a week ago.

I think the flagships are bugged, or just removed to repair them. I've Boarded one before, and all the enemies died but didn't take me back to my ship, forcing me to quit.

I believe they have been removed temporarily until some of the issues with them can be resolved.

They were in the game, but since a recent update they have been removed - Presumably to fix them, as Davy said.
