Health does not regen

Hey all,

I was playing on my alt pirate and i noticed my health wasn't regenerating The only way to get my health up was to use a tonic. Can someone help me with a fix? Thank you.

Does this persist for you on a constant basis?

For most people I have heard, logging out and logging back in fixes the issue.
