Help with June's Stolen Items Part 2

I have collected the teeth, and it says complete. Then it says 1/3 items obtained. I don't know what the other 2 items are, nor can i turn in the quest. It leads me to a random spot with nothing. The enemies that i googled that should have the other items dont drop it. Please help!
 
I've talked to multiple people that this has happened to that say you can't finish the quest, and a dev has to fix your data for you. If that's the case, please do that for me!
