Hmm.. Should I open a MCProHosting server? o.o

I might open a MC survival, faction or survival and faction server this summer - for all summer. I know how to run a server and stuff, but I am worried about people not PLAYING on the server.. ( because back in March I opened a 20 dollar MC server and no one played on it :'( ) So yeah.. There'd be no donations or anything o.o and I'd allow the members of the server to choose whether they want plugins or not, which plugins, etc o.o.. Would anyoneeee play on my server when/if I buy/rent it..?
