Password reset doesn't send me anywhere and doesn't help. I need a password reset for my "play" account.

You need to check your spam box there is a chance that it put the email in there.

It's not the link at all. It's the location it takes me. It takes me nowhere. I can't reset a password without an admin and so far I don't see an admin interested in helping.

There's a slight possibility that I might be wrong about what I'm going to say but I do believe sometimes the server can delay to handle that request up to 48 hours. If the problem persists, please do what you were suggested above.
