I don't know if this first one is a glitch but you can actually run around hitting and attacking every mob but not killing them. The damage remains done (even while you aren't in the same area) and you can just wait for other players to finish the mobs off. You gain xp from all of them.
The last one I noticed is for quests you need to dig items up. For example if you need to find 5 items you can dig all of them up in just one spot. The items are found before the digging process is finished and you can keep pressing the esc button then re-dig finding the same item.
