Not yet, there's still more content to be added and bugs to be fixed. The Black Pearl boss battle and Raven's Cove quest aren't implemented yet, to name a couple things.

The game is in beta. You are able to play, however, some game features are not yet implemented and there are bugs, glitches, and crashes being tested and worked out
