I notice when I'm sailing anyone else's ship that there's significant damage due to lag/delay and it seems a bit silly, as what I see, the enemy misses me by a mile, yet the entire side of the ship lights up as if I was hit. The same does not happen when I sail my ships, only other pirate ships, like when they crash, etc.
