To anyone who is having trouble with the Mac Launcher, here's a quick and easy fix brought to you by Michael Wass!
Ahoy!
The issue with the Mac Launcher is that a few things needed by the launcher aren't installed, we are currently working on sending out a fix to correct this. However, until we do so the following solution is a workaround.
Please open up an application on your Mac computer named "Terminal". This can be found by a quick search in Spotlight. After opening Terminal, paste in the following line and press the "return/enter" key on your keyboard. Ensure that you have copied all of it into Terminal on one line before pressing "enter/return":
ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"
After it finishes installing "brew", paste in the following line and press the "return/enter" key on your keyboard:
brew install openssl
After it finishes installing "openssl", paste in the following line and press the "return/enter" key on your keyboard:
brew link openssl --force
After it finishes linking "openssl", you should be able to log into The Legend of Pirates Online's Alpha on your Mac computer!
