Glitch no Padres teleport totem

I did the Padres Del Fuego teleport quest and didn't get the teleport totem, I am level 29 and cannot teleport to Padres Del Fuego

This bug will most likely be fixed in the next update.

How odd. I did this part 3 days ago and it worked for me.
