No this info has not been released once announced it will be released on the offical pirates online website www.tlopo.com, As of now there is no ETA.

There are no set times or dates for the release of beta as of now. In other words, we don't know and neither do the staff.
I personally doubt it'll be more than, say, 6 months, however at the same time it could be more like 1 month. Or 2 weeks. We just don't know. It really depends on how much the servers are found to be able to handle, and how quickly that develops. In the meantime, keep up with beta key contests in the Site News and Updates forum or on the official TLOPO website for a chance to get unrestricted access to the game.

I hate play-slots too, but they work as of right now and (if you saw charts linked by official staff) the website has been BOOMING w/ new members!
