Glitch Quest Issue

On the Doc Grog quest "Medicine Ingredients," I collected them. I then crashed, and even though I completed the objectives (it even says complete) it says I collected 0 of 8. I go back to collect more, but apparently I need no more, but I still can't finish the quest.

Please also try a re-log. Sometimes player's progress is displayed to be deleted but it all comes back with a re-log.
