Question Quest Rewards Recovery

Adding some sort of "quest item recovery" aspect to the game would be swell. I realize it is a very minor thing to request but, hey, you have not cause you ask not amarite? At some point down the road when you, our lovely developers, are adding improvements to the game, please consider this request!

Would be cool. Between limited inventory, crashes, quests disappearing forever if you touch the cancel button and automatic hand-ins deleting reward items if you don't have room for them it's really easy to lose unique clothing and equipment forever. This is very upsetting for us pack rats.
