Quest tracking not working?

I hope I'm posting in the right area but I have noticed since this new update that quest tracking isn't marking the quests I'm tracking. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Quest tracking is a bit buggy sometimes when you switch tracking it bugs and then sometimes it does not track at all. I am not sure if maybe a relog could help but I am pretty sure this has been an issue for awhile

Quest tracker has always been buggy. Best option is to use wiki, helped me a great deal.

Quest trackings been messed up since the games inception. I'd go with Peter's advice.
