Glitch Quests don't go away

As stated in the title, I am having quests NOT go away, after completing them.

you have to finsh the whole thing for it to go away
it will stay there untill all 3 parts or 2 parts are done it is not a bug

Yes, I have the same problem!
the quests after complete they continue to stay!
