Question Raven's Cove Totem

Hello. I was just wondering if my pirate is supposed to already have the RC Totem by default. I asked some guild members and a few players had the RC Totem already there as they created their pirate. On the other hand, there were some other pirates who did not have the Totem unlocked. If we don't have the totem unlocked will we get it unlocked in the future, or will there be a quest regarding it? Thanks.

They didn't release the RC Story Quest yet, so I don't see how anyone would have the totem. (I don't know if the 2 quests are related)

I have it unlocked already for some reason, I can freely teleport to Raven's Cove

I think they granted us all TP access to RC while the story quest/totem quest isn't in the game.
