Sailing Sailing Loot Bug

I believe the sailing loot is bugged at the moment, the loot received is abhorrently lower than previously

This was after a half hour matt run with full cargo of matts

Before I remember receiving a sum of gold with a matt run, and much more loot pouches and such.

Is this the new sea looting system where you only receive what you looted?
