Tip Solution to mac users who crash alot

this May not work for everyone

1. Turn off all of the sound in game settings
2. Turn off rain particles and fancy loading
3. Play in a window not full screen

This worked for me and I had no crashes during my playtime today and I used to crash every 5 minutes or less hope this is helpful

My settings were saved throughout my whole session today but I'll have to check if I have to redo them next time I get on

I had sound and rain on - next time will turn off both and dial down resolution; crashed frequently tonight. Thanks for the tip.

Fortunately I can listen to my own playlist of the Pirates soundtracks during the playtimes.

Oh wow lucky, I'm using Windows with everything graphical turned off, but I've never tried turning off the sound completely

Yeah it seems like everyone is finding they crash less by doing this

Also turn on VSync
