Combat Staff doesn't work right after update 1.2.0

Staff was working fine before the update, but is now glitched. Here's a video showing it working improperly.

That's not the half of it. Voodoo doll won't work on multiple attuned enemies, porting is constantly crashing when you have loot, and now I can't even log in.

Yup. I feel like this 1.2.1 update wasn't completed finished when they (accidentally?) reopened the servers. This doesn't seem normal.
