Still Dont Have The Totem For Ravens Cove

HI Im lvl 42 and i still do not have the totem for ravens cove . my lvl 41 has it and is showing a green dot by Ravens Cove on their map. I dont know why my lvl 42 does not have it by ravens Cove on their map . please
help me with this issue. have i missed a quest or what?. ive asked and asked for help from the guild im in they all say they have it for Ravens Cove. please help me i have asked and asked in forums to no avail no answers or being ignored can yall please help em solve this issue ty .

Update: Not sure why some players have it, but theyre not supposed to. You'll unlock it in the future via questing.

Have you finished the black pearl quest? In other places on the forum they said we must finish the black pearl to get Raven's Cove quest.
