Suggestion: Left Handed Pirates

Can we get a Left Handed option in pirate creation menu, or under Game Options for existing pirates? Just a simple check-box to select it, for a toon we've already made, or in the Height/Weight body type menu? How hard is that? Lefties get an advantage in fights, lefty boxers, ball players, etc .. why not with weapons, swords, firearms, grenades?
