This is a good quest for pirates who are too cheap to spend the gold at the peddler for the outfit
Also, when I went to visit Erin Amorous, he said "You must complete (a truckload) of fortune quests before getting this quest", (which weren't droppable). The quest was put out so late, that I may have fortune quests done and be ready to do the Valentine's Day quest next year!

IMO It's a good quest if they give a "special" clothing item that you can't buy, and also, let everyone do it.
