Take Cover Glitch??

Hey has anybody noticed that the Take Cover skill is glitched? You know how you can use Open Fire to increase cannon/broadside damage that you do to enemy ships... Then you can use Take Cover to reduce the damage the enemy ship can do to you. It's supposed to take 75% of the damage away from enemy cannonballs (If it normally does -500 damage per ball to your ship, it will only be -125 while using Take Cover).

The glitch is that actually does that 75% reduction to your cannons/broadsides as well. If Take Cover is on, your shots are 75% less effective. It makes all cannonballs 75% less effective, whether you are shooting them, or they are being shot at you.

Just wanted to point that out so maybe they could fix it at some point, and see if anyone else noticed.
