Thieves Den problem

I'm working on a quest that requires I kill navy guards in Thieves Den... I've gone into Thieves Den on several times and never see a navy guard. Is there something I'm missing?

There is a guard in thieve's den you are probably in the wrong cave. Under your minimap, where does it say you're at?

It took me forever to find these guys, but they are there. There are 3 of them in one spot. I'm sorry I can't guide you exactly where they are. I know that I traveled through the whole map several times. Keep up the good fight, you'll find them.

Great map Stephen! I was just going to post a a picture of the map I took tonight to show where those guards are. Yours is very detailed. Thank you. This is such a big help for me and many.
