Pretty sure that was only for the Halloween event (but that was back in POTCO)

The only ones I liked were admiral and Captain Black. There were a few that had good parts that I liked to wear with other non peddler things, but not much else

I definitely don't like Royal Commodore, though the other 2 are pretty snazzy.

I actually think that one looks pretty cool (but purple is my favorite color so that's why). The hat looks a little odd though haha
