Alright, tonight 11-22-2017 was horrible all the way around. Was at Hollowed ship to level to master on sword and I got one haunted bone out of 10 skull chests and nothing worth anything else. Just the lamest skulls I've seen. 2 rare maybe, no fame, all trash. Got the haunted bone in the first group and started taking screenshots after the 5th lousy skull. Sorry, the loot is very weak for a skull chest. I was getting better stuff in regular loot chests and even bags.
