Quests Unable to get Spanish armour

Two quests are unable to be completed because undead spanish from cutthroat are not counted for the quests. Grand Pistol Upgrade: Erasmus' Pistol and Taboo Doll Upgrade: The Generals.

have to kill the boss on Cutthroat, he counts. Not sure why, but he's the one you want

You have to kill Tomas Blanco (the island's boss) for some reason, this will allow you to complete the quest, it's just a bit more difficult. Hopefully it is fixed in due time
