He means: He wants to know if you can make it so that when you place your cursor over a "highlighted" piece of text, on a forum post, an image will appear on screen. I don't think this forum has that feature but maybe?
EX: My Newest DROP!!!!!?!?!!111!!
So when you put your mouse over this text an image will appear to the side of your cursor.

No such functionality exists at the moment. You can link words to an image or hide them in a spoiler with a title, but that's about it.

I think you can code that in yourself, although I don't know if the user end of this forum takes code, where it would then look like a bunch of code when you post it...
Now, what images were yo thinking of adding anyway, just out of curiosity?

Oh I was just thinking of adding a custom image of like the Binding of Rage idea I had with like a legit format and description and stuff lol
